Win the Fight in Your Head

Mindset coaching for warriors in transition — civilians becoming Marines, service members becoming civilians, and fighters who refuse to lose to their own minds.

The block isn't your body. The voice in your head is.

The recruit who doubts he'll make it through. The Marine who got out, losing sight of the mission that gave them purpose. The fighter who trains harder than anyone in the room and still freezes when it counts.

I've navigated the dark skies that dwell within — foster care, real loss, finding my own way without a map — and I came out with tools, not just scars.

Six years in the Marine Corps, a combat deployment, three years as a Marine Security Guard on three separate continents, a BJJ blue belt earned competing at Xtreme Couture, and years studying stoicism, Buddhism, and meditation to learn how to tame the savage beast that is your mind.

You don't need more motivation. You need to learn to control the mind instead of letting it control you. And you're not doing it alone.

Mental Pros(s): Work

10 Things Ya Daddy Ain't Neva Done...

Look — you don't need a hype man. You need someone who's lived in the dark corners of his own head and walked back out with a map. Here's why I can lead you through it:

  1. Honorably served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps

  2. Marine Security Guard, 3 years under Diplomatic Security Service — Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; Lisbon, Portugal; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

  3. Held a Top Secret clearance

  4. One combat deployment to Afghanistan (OEF)

  5. BA in Journalism & Media Studies, UNLV

  6. Protection Service Specialist apprentice (USMAP)

  7. BJJ Blue Belt — Xtreme Couture, Las Vegas, NV

  8. Disabled veteran — a decade with degenerative disc disease, still in the fight

  9. Superior Combat Fitness Award, USMC 2015 (292)

  10. White Belt Medals: Gold x2 (NAGA & FUJI), Silver x1 American Grappling Federation (First tournament), Third: x2 (FUJI & Grappling Industries Absolute division)

I don't list this to impress you. I list it so you know whose stepping into your corner. I already clawed my way out. Your fight is next — let's go win it, one day at a time.
